FLICKING FROG COLA
The Flicking Frog is built for one thing: getting Smashed.
With a thick body, wide kicking legs, and a silhouette that screams easy meal, this frog throws out a heavy thumping action that fires up predators in the shallows.
Whether you’re flicking drains, skipping mangroves, or punching it deep into structure, the Apex Frog stays upright, pushes water, and triggers violent reaction bites from flathead, jacks, barra, trevally, and anything else hunting topwater or shallow‑water prey.
Why it gets eaten
Heavy kick legs = maximum vibration
Chunky 90mm body = big‑fish confidence
Soft, durable plastic = natural movement
Glitter‑loaded colours = flash and strike triggers
Designed for weedless rigging in Aussie conditions
Target species
- Freshwater rivers and impoundments: Australian bass, Murray cod, saratoga and sooty grunter.
- Northern creeks and tidal structure: barramundi, mangrove jack and jungle perch.
- Shallow estuary edges: flathead and trevally hunting in the shallows.
Match the hook and tackle to the target species. Work the frog around weed edges, timber and shallow cover where fish are hunting near the surface.

Why FTP Fishing
We’re not a big corporation — we actually fish what we sell. Every lure is designed with real-world use in mind, so you can fish with confidence knowing it’s been tested where it matters.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
After saltwater use, gently rinse lures, hooks and jig heads with fresh water and allow them to dry thoroughly before storing.
Store tackle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and hot car interiors. Keep soft plastics lying straight in their original packaging, with different colours and plastic types separated to help prevent colour transfer or material reactions.
Before each session, check lures, hooks, split rings and other fittings for damage, wear or corrosion. Replace damaged components before use.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible. Need to return something? Just let us know.
